Digital Marketing Executive

We’re looking to add a Digital Marketing Executive to our Marketing Team, who can support our clients’ growth plans by delivering creative, on-brand marketing strategies.
As Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll have your own accounts to proactively manage, and with the support of the Head of Marketing (and the rest of our friendly team!) you’ll run with each marketing strategy on a day-to-day basis. That means pitching new ideas, driving brand awareness and growth across social media channels, and understanding your clients so you can tailor their marketing to their business objectives.

We’re pretty flexible and offer hybrid working, but if working from home 5 days per week is your preference, this isn’t the right job for you (it’s just good to be upfront about this stuff).

Your skills
We’re looking for someone who can spin plates, juggle clients and never miss a beat – in other words, you’ve got at least 3 years marketing experience, including agency.
You’ll be responsible for marketing content creation, from ideation to design to copy, so you’ll have a decent design eye and an instinct for tone of voice. You can take a marketing strategy and translate it into engaging tactical content, understanding the customer journey.
We have clients across a wide range of sectors including trade and construction, retail and hospitality, sports, and IT, so if you can demonstrate your experience across a range of industries, so much the better!
- At least 3 years’ experience in marketing
- Capable in setting up and running paid media campaigns
- You’re a great writer!
- You’ve got design skills including reels and video content
- You’re super organised and know how to prioritise your workload
Key responsibilities
- Take a marketing strategy and turn it into ongoing effective content
- Ideate, design, and write all marketing content for your clients
- Deliver regular analytics and reporting to clients
- Manage clients on a day-to-day basis
- Be aware of and jump on trends
- Bring great ideas for campaigns
- Create varied marketing collateral on request
- Set up and manage paid media for your clients
- Be organised, proactive and full of ideas
