Arthur may be just a puppy, but he brings the vibes to Crunchy HQ – as well as his toys, his bed, and his sassy attitude. Captain of client relationships, he wins more new business than the rest of us put together.

Scott founded Crunchy Carrots back in the day, bringing with him Super Mascot Alfie for company. Man and Dog set out to conquer the digital marketing world, and have built a Super Team along the way. He’s now Dog Dad to Arthur, a deliciously fluffy and naughty American Cockapoo.

With more than a decade in project management in the web design and development industry, Pauline works closely with our clients from day one to understand what they want, marshalling all the resources to make it happen, on time and on budget.

Amanda’s great at cutting through the noise and helping turn big ideas into marketing that actually works. Taking a calm, thoughtful and practical approach, Amanda brings clarity to strategy and makes sure everything feels joined-up, purposeful and focused on real results.

Sandy is our resident relationships expert, whether that’s with colleagues or clients. With a knack for turning conversations into collaborations, he keeps the Crunchy Carrots sales engine running smoothly.

Adam is Crunchy’s longest-serving team member, and that’s because he’s truly excellent at relationships, understanding what clients want and need, and making sure we deliver exactly that.

Olly is a master of web design and development, as happy coding as he is creating pixel-perfect designs. Olly’s years of digital design experience across countless industries mean he is at the top of his game, delivering sites as beautiful as they are functional.

Thomas is a web developer from Wales who codes by day and games by night. Fuelled by pizza, he builds sleek, snappy websites with a playful edge. When he’s not debugging, he’s probably battling bosses or his cat Archie.

Sophie brings her illustration skills, marketing smarts, and design experience to the team. She’s equally brilliant at client relationships and bringing creative ideas to life through content and design. Outside of work, she’s a foodie and travel lover, always on the hunt for new places to explore, whether it’s a local brunch spot or a new country!

Chloe brings a blend of copywriting and visual design skills to the team, and to her clients. From campaign planning and content creation, to pulling off photoshoots and crafting reels, her all-round marketing skills are top-notch.

Gordon has worked across the sport, media and property industries. He also runs his own e-commerce brand, which continues to sharpen his digital media skills. Outside of work, Gordon is a dedicated Falkirk FC fan and follows the Scotland national team.

Niamh brings her business degree and a whole heap of copywriting experience to the Crunchy team, and has worked in marketing across a wide range of sectors including finance and the travel industry. 

Marcus brings a passion for digital marketing and a data-driven approach to the team. As a Paid Media & Performance Executive, he specialises in helping clients achieve and understand measurable results through paid advertising, analytics, and performance optimisation. Outside of work, he enjoys reading comics, gaming, and all things nerdy.
